Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. Very well planned apartment, designed for short or long stays. Perfect for families or small groups of friends. Structure for up to 6 people (one more child up to 12 years old can be added – maximum total of 7 guests). Just over 100 meters from Toninhas beach in a quiet and peaceful street. Bakery, market a step away, in addition to being just 5 km from the center of Ubatuba.

The Ubatuba Environmental Preservation Fee came into effect in February 2023. The TPA is charged per vehicle / per day of stay in the city (from 4 hours onwards, a daily rate is charged). Payment can be made at various physical points throughout the city, online on the ECOUBATUBA website, and also directly using toll tags (for example, "without stopping").

The apartment has a large living area:

* an excellent dining table with 6 chairs;

* living room with futton sofa (can be extended, making it the size of a double bed);

* gourmet balcony with barbecue;

* very well equipped kitchen, with custom cabinets and all brand new utensils.

* Room with two bunk beds with a high standard (so we don't hit our heads downstairs), in addition to custom wardrobes;

* social bathroom;

* Suite with double bed, custom closets, Smart TV and access to the office;

* Very comfortable office. A great location for your home office.

Guests can use the two swimming pools (heated and outdoor), the two saunas, the tables in the outdoor area on the roof; As well as a parking space (each apartment has 1 parking space of standard size 2.10mx4.50m).

The condominium has three support carts to facilitate the transport of bags and market purchases to the apartment.
